My mother thought it would be a good idea for her, my sister, and I, to get matching tattoos.

No. NO. No.

I'd never get anything to tie myself to someone permanently.

So, I brainstormed (or whatever the kids call it these days...) and came up with something.

She says I am the definition of a moon-sign, quiet and brave, creative and insightful, appreciative, though easily off-set and discouraged- my sister being the definition of a sun-sign, bold and outgoing, busy and a definite social butterfly, loyal, though narrow-minded and self-absorbed.

I suggested I get a moon tattoo, my sister gets a sun, and my mother would receive a sun and moon combined.

She really wants a symbol of us too (we are basically her only family), so I am designing these tattoos.

Any ideas of where I should get mine?

Or design-tips?

I'm open for suggestions.
